Acknowledgement of Risk Waiver
un(Bound) NM LLC — TICKETED EVENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK, CONSENT, CODE OF CONDUCT & MEDIA RELEASE
Read carefully. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering an un(Bound) NM LLC event, you agree to the following:
A Threshold, Not a Transaction
un(Bound) NM LLC is not simply an event—it is an intentional space. A living environment shaped by presence, curiosity, and care. Your ticket is an invitation to cross a threshold into a shared experience that is sensual, social, and human-centered.
With that invitation comes responsibility.
1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
By attending, you acknowledge that you are choosing to enter an adult environment where energy, expression, and proximity may feel heightened. While boundaries are clearly defined (see Code of Conduct below), you understand that participation carries inherent social and emotional risk.
You agree to take full responsibility for your choices, your body, your boundaries, and your experience.
2. Consent Is the Culture
At un(Bound) NM LLC, consent is not a rule—it is the foundation.
- Every interaction requires clear, enthusiastic, and mutual agreement
- Consent must be ongoing, conscious, and freely given
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason
- Silence, assumption, or impairment are never consent
You agree to move through this space with awareness, to ask before engaging, and to honor every “no” immediately and without question.
3. Code of Conduct — The Container That Holds the Experience
To preserve the integrity of the space, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Full and partial nudity (implied nudity is permitted)
- Public or overt sexual acts
- Being visibly under the influence or impaired
- Harassment, coercion, non-consensual touch, or disruptive behavior
You agree to uphold these standards fully.
4. Stewardship & Right of Removal
un(Bound) NM LLC is actively held by its hosts and facilitators.
By entering, you acknowledge that the hosting organization reserves the full and final right to:
- Refuse entry
- Remove any participant
- Revoke access to current or future events
This may occur at any time and without refund if behavior is deemed misaligned with consent, safety, or the spirit of the space.
You agree to honor all guidance and decisions made by event staff.
5. Personal Responsibility
You are the primary steward of your experience.
You agree to:
- Stay aware of your physical and emotional state
- Engage responsibly with alcohol (if present)
- Seek support when needed
- Exit interactions or spaces that feel misaligned
Your presence is your responsibility.
6. Media Release — The Echo of the Experience
un(Bound) NM LLC may document elements of the event.
By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and presence to be captured and used for:
- Future event promotion
- Brand storytelling
- Digital and print marketing materials
No compensation will be provided.
We approach documentation with intention and discretion, honoring the integrity of the space while sharing its essence.
7. Discretion & Community Trust
What happens here is held with care.
You agree to:
- Not photograph, record, or share others without explicit consent
- Protect the privacy and identity of fellow participants
- Contribute to a culture of trust, respect, and confidentiality
8. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event, you confirm that:
- You are 21 years of age or older
- You have read and understand this agreement
- You willingly accept these terms as a condition of participation
